Before jumping to that conclusion however I would urge investors to discuss this issue and give it some serious thought. It has been my experience that dealing with tenant and maintenance issues really is not a major issue.

If you decide to pursue a purchase, I can assist in determining and evaluating financing options. While financing is available, substantial down payments are mandatory. This is the reality of today’s credit crunch and overall market conditions. The same factors that are creating these opportunities are limiting financing options and dictating that those obtaining financing must exhibit excellent credit scores, solid job history and income along with low debt to income ratios. Financing options range from interest only lines of credit to traditional long term conforming fixed rate programs. In some instances, better overall financing can be obtained by paying cash for the property and then quickly refinancing into a non-purchase money type of loan program.
